Performing as One: Dhamon Duo on Collaboration, and Passion

Dhamon Duo was awarded the First Prize in the Chamber Music category of the 2025 Season 2 UK International Music Competition.

When and why did you form your duo, and does playing music together hold a special meaning for you?

Dhamon Duo formed by Evelina Harkoftaki (clarinetist) and Dimitra Mantzouratou

(pianist) in 2024 in order to service concerts in Greece. Playing music together holds a

special meaning for us. The feeling of performing music in collaboration with others in

real time is unique.

Would you like to share your experience participating in our competition and anyone you'd like to thank?

Our experience of participating in the UK International Music Competition was exciting,

we are very happy to have won the First Prize. Dhamon Duo would like to thank Yannis
